To analyze the genetic relationship among 12 landraces of Album grayi, PCR analysis was performed using 109 primers. One hundred twenty nine polymorphic bands were obtained. The average dissimilarity coefficient among 12 landraces was 0.401, and the range of dissimilarity coefficient was 0.174-0.538. On the basis of dissmilarity coefficient analysis, the genetic relationship among 12 landraces could be classified into three groups by the nearest neighbor program. The first group showed landraces of Mokpo and Buan, the second group of Kangleung, Uljin and Yeuchun, and third group of Yungdong, Ulleung, Kimpo, Koryung, Eusung, Haenam, and Ulsan, respectively.
